East Providence hosts St. Patrick’s Day flag raising and celebration

East Providence, RI – The City of East Providence is pleased to announce that it will be holding its annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration and flag raising. Local and state officials will present Eileen Skeffington Harvey of Skeff’s of East Providence with citations for her family’s contribution in the business community. There will also be traditional Irish step dancing by the Kelly School of Irish Dance.
