Caroline E. Mignacca graduates from Rhode Island College

Caroline E. Mignacca, of East Providence, graduated Thursday, May, 15 from Rhode Island College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She successfully completed the three-year program from the Counseling, Educational Leadership and School Psychology Department (CEP).
