East Bay Community Action Program Announces Staff Promotion

(East Providence, RI, September 2, 2021) - East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Cory Guglietti, of Cranston, to Vice President of Assets and Property Management. Since 2018, Guglietti has served as EBCAP’s Director of Administration coordinating daily operational functions and improving organizational efficiencies.

In his new role, Guglietti will oversee all agency-wide projects and output related to purchasing, facility management, and non-clinical agency support staff. His duties include managing the coordination of all agency programs to ensure development and maintenance of an integrated service delivery system; coordinating all maintenance, licensing, federal government regulations, environmental assessments, and federal reporting requirements; and supervising all maintenance and construction activities.

Guglietti earned his B.A. from Rhode Island College and his MBA with a focus on Project Management from Capella University; and brings to his new position 13 years of experience in operations and facilities management.

East Bay Community Action Program is a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation that provides a wide array of health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay, including the municipalities of East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Little Compton, Tiverton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport, and Jamestown.
