It’s sweetheart month for the GFWC Taunton and Raynham Junior Woman's Club

It's a sweetheart month for the GFWC Taunton and Raynham Junior Woman's Club since they paid a visit to the Taunton Animal Shelter this week with donations of towels, and a contribution to the Friends of the Taunton Animal Shelter. Members, Recording Secretary Cindy Brogan, Treasurer Nancy Clark, and Vice President Robin Gendron presented the shelter with a check to help them to purchase roses for Valentine's Day, which the Friends plan to deliver as a surprise to some special sweetheart recipients in the area.
The GFWC Taunton Juniors invite women 18 and older to join them at a monthly meeting on the first Monday of the month. February 4th at 7:00 p.m. is their next gathering in the Silver Platter Restaurant at Bristol Plymouth High School in Taunton.
