Phebe is Ready for Adoption at Rehoboth Animal Shelter

The Rehoboth Animal Shelter is currently home to a small dog named Phebe. She is a young adult miniature dachshund who wants nothing better than a friendly human to cuddle with. Phebe will be getting her shots this week.
