The Oval Office Comes To Middleboro

Posted

March 20th for two weekends, the Oval office, via Theatre One’s production of David Mamet’s “wacky political satire” NOVEMBER directed by Peg Holzemer, will arrive at the Alley Theatre 133 Centre St Middleboro, directly behind Burtwood School, in the Alley. Plenty of free parking in the town hall parking lot. The President, Omer Courcy of Taunton, is running for a second term, even though his legal adviser, keeps telling him, “everybody has to goes home sometime, Mr. President,” played with gusto by Craig Whitford of Eastern, along with the Turkey Guy, Bob Gillet of Fall River, who needs his turkeys pardon, Kathy Bourne of Middleboro, as his lesbian speech writer, just returning from China and John Marzelli of Lakeville as the Indian Chief from Nantucket, who is looking for his Casino. It’s laughs galore and some language too, that keeps the play moving along. Mature Audiences. Come join the fun with Théâtre One, Fr& Sat- March 20,21,27,28 @ 7:30 pm and Sundays March 22 & 29 @ 2pm. Tickets at the door, CASH only $18 Seniors, $20 Gen. We collect food donations at all our performances for the Middleboro COA Senior Pantry. Like us on face-book.
