Waterbury is a bad egg. There has been enough controversy and law suits surrounding this woman who is the common denominator to most of the dysfunction that has gone on since she was hired. Why is she still on the job? The City should not be afraid to do something about this type of performance, impact on dynamics and risk more liability that has already occurred because of her actions and lawsuits. More people are paying attention now and the city needs to be more smart in handling this toxicity that has plagued the city for years now without diverting.
