The Purpose

The Seekonk High School Baseball Clinic focuses on the fundamentals of pitching hitting fielding and catching.

Pitchers will work on their pitching mechanics; pitching grips, pitch selection, pitch location, and holding runners on base.

Catchers will work on their stance; receiving, framing, blocking, and throwing to bases

Hitting fundamentals will be taught to all camp participants; stance and swing fundamentals, plate discipline and approach
