An Hour in The Corona

Posted

On the spring solstice of 2015, a total solar eclipse appeared over the icy tundra of Svalbard, Norway. For two minutes and 45 seconds the moon completely covered the sun, allowing the hidden light of the corona to shine. Two people stood beneath that corona, letting its light reveal desires and frustrations long kept hidden. Playwright Christopher Lockheardt of Groton, Ma takes us to that moment in Norway, via a stage reading narrated by Dawn Craig and performed by Jeff Leveque and Eileen Leveque, in his New Full-length play, “An Hour in The Corona,” directed by Susan Salvesen and produced by Theatre One Productions, Sunday Feb 4th 2pm, at the Mitchell Memorial Club 29 Elm St Middleboro. Following the reading, Playwright and audience will enjoy a talk back. Tickets are $10 cash only! Full bar and Free parking. Come join the fun with Theatre One supporting playwrights, as there is no theatre without them.
