The newly-converted Clarion Providence ~ Seekonk located at 940 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, MA 02771 is now open. Franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc. Formerly a Ramada, (a landmark for over 30 years in Seekonk), the hotel underwent over $1 million dollars in renovations to convert to a Clarion Hotel including updating the Guest Rooms, Lobby, Public Space, Pool Area, Outdoor Grounds, Restaurant and over 5,000 sq. feet of Meeting Space.

Owned and operated by Darling Development Corporation, the Clarion Providence Hotel features 127 guestrooms and 4 meeting rooms, including the Empire Ballroom that can accommodate up to 250 people. The hotel offers complimentary self-parking, complimentary continental breakfast, heated indoor pool, Room Service from Di Parma’s Italian Table, 24 Hour Business Center, and a brand new Deluxe 2-Bedroom – 2 ½ Bathroom Suite.

Guestrooms feature free high-speed Internet access, complimentary coffee and tea, flat screen televisions, HBO, new bedding, new window treatments, new bathrooms, new carpet and new wallpaper. Some rooms also feature whirlpool tubs, sleeper sofas, microwaves and refrigerators. Rates begin at $99.00 depending on season.

Grand Opening Celebration is scheduled for October 13, 2012. Grand Opening will have complimentary food, entertainment and giveaways.
