Under this “Red” designation, we will roll back from Step II Phase III to Step 1 Phase III. The following are a summary of activities which will be limited until Seekonk moves back into a low risk yellow community: • Indoor performance venues will be closed. • Outdoor performance venue capacity will be open but limited to 25% capacity, but no more than 50 people. • For arcades and indoor and outdoor recreation businesses, the following activities are prohibited. Roller skating rink, trampolines, obstacle courses, laser tag, escape rooms, and ball pits. • Fitting rooms will be permitted to open in businesses for which their operation is necessary. • Gyms, museums, libraries and driving and flight schools will restricted to 40% capacity. • Indoor gatherings will remain at 25 people and outdoor gatherings in public settings will be decreased from 100 to 50.
