Kundalini Yoga for Awakening Self

A Kundalini Yoga Class for Awakening Self is being offered on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9:30 – 11:30 am in fellowship hall. Bring your mat, water, small blanket, blocks or props if needed, and wear something comfortable. The cost is $15 per person by check or by cash. Please make checks out to Yujin Nah. All are welcome!
