With all of the diets on the market, it can seem hard to determine what plan is best for you. Learn the principles of intuitive eating, where we let our body be our guide in knowing what types of foods to eat and how much to eat for optimal health and well-being!
This Zoom program is presented by Jill Patterson, RDN. She is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She specializes in providing wellness education programs that inspire individuals to implement healthy habits. Jill is passionate about helping people live their happiest, healthiest lives.
