The 2022 EMS Week theme: "EMS: Rising to the Challenge." This theme is particularly meaningful now, to remind people that every day we are faced with so many new challenges in our lives and yet we still rise above them all and continue to respond, support, and care for the needs of our communities.

The Rehoboth Ambulance Committee, Inc., the 911 provider of the Town of Rehoboth will display our vehicles and equipment in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts located at the intersections of Route 44 and 118 on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 9 am to 1 pm. Opportunities will be available to tour an ambulance and meet personnel.

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) was instrumental in establishing EMS Week when President Gerald Ford declared November 3 – 10, 1974 as the first “National Emergency Medical Services Week.”

Deborah Craft, Secretary
Board of Directors, Rehoboth Ambulance, Inc.
