Thank You Finance Committee

I would like to give our Finance Committee a big thank you for putting the line item budget back in the warrant. Although I realize that money can get moved from one line to another, I think it is important for the town's people to see how the money is being allocated. It only added a few minutes to the time it takes to get through the meeting.

As far as having the meeting on a Saturday, I noticed that almost everyone there had gray hair!
We seem to have lost the participation of an entire generation. A number of people I spoke to said that they just were too busy on a nice Saturday. Of course there is no guarantee how many would show up on a Monday night.
