Anthony J. Medeiros Jr., 74, a lifelong resident of Seekonk, went to meet the Lord, Sunday morning, May 2, 2021. Born July 4, 1946, in Attleboro, MA, he was the son of the late Anthony and Jessie (Perry) Medeiros Sr.

Anthony graduated with honors from East Providence High School and the Southeastern Massachusetts University. He was employed as an electrical engineer for 37 years at Naval Undersea Warfare Center.

After he retired, he worked on his farm, family genealogy and helping relatives. He was an amateur radio operator (W1PM) and a life member of the Amateur Radio Relay League (AARL), member of the Astronomical Society of Southern New England (ASSNE) and other organizations.

Anthony was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and was a contributor to many charities.

A Mass of Christian Burial took place at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Anthony was buried alongside his parents at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery. Following his expressed wishes there were no calling hours.
