Ambrosina immigrated to the United States in 1967. She worked in Housekeeping at Women & Infants Hospital until her retirement in 1998.

She was a parishioner of Saint Francis Xavier Church. Ambrosina was a woman of faith, who had a deep devotion to Senhor Santo Cristo, Our Lady of Fatima and the Holy Ghost. Every year she participated in her parish's annual procession and took great pride in helping with making the famous "malassadas."

She loved her family and was the happiest when attending family gatherings and traveling. She was adored and known as "Ti Zina" to all her great-nieces and great-nephews. Her loyalty and love will continue in her family's lives as her legacy will live on. She will never be forgotten and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
