Cape Verdean Independence Day, Noon – 2:00 pm

July 3, 2019 - Cape Verdean Flag Raising at East Providence City Hall. At noon, Yvonne Smart, Education Coordinator of the Cape Verdean Museum will talk about the history of the Cape Verdean Flag and the Cape Verdean Independence. The Cape Verdean Museum will also have a display at the East Providence City Hall for the month of July. Open to the public.
