Hilda L.V. DeCesare

Hilda L.V. DeCesare, 98, of East Providence, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. She was the wife of the late Paul F. DeCesare.
Born in London, England she was the daughter of the late Walter W. and Hilda E. (Welham) Davis. Mrs. DeCesare and her husband were the owners and operators of the former American Laundry and Cleaners. She was a member of the East Providence Senior Center.
She is survived by three nieces, Donna Tobin, Nancy LaRue and Paula Allen.
Her funeral and burial were private.
