Laurine Ann (Clang) Connors, 84, of Middle Street, Riverside, died peacefully on June 28, 2023 at the Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late William A. Connors Jr for sixty four years.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late James A. and Elizabeth (Schrieber) Clang, she lived in Riverside for 58 years and Florida for 6 years.

Mrs. Connors worked for BA Ballou Jewelry Manufacturer for 10 years before retiring in 2003.

Laurine enjoyed arts & crafts, scrapbooking, genealogy and spending time with her loving family and friends. Her quick wit and humor will be greatly missed.

She is survived by five children, Kathleen Francis Heaton of Pawtucket, Paul Andrew Connors and his wife Cecilia M. Bernardo of Riverside, Nancy Ellen Crawford of Charlestown, RI, Thomas James Connors of Inver Grove Heights, MN and Donna Beth O’Malley of Marble, NC; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Constance Pray and cousin of the late Barbara Cute and Dorothy Abrames.

A special thanks to East Gate Nursing Home for their outstanding care and love shared with Mrs. Connors.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside on Saturday July 8, 2023 at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling Hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
