D-R High Held 4th Freshman Transition Program

Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School held its 4th annual Freshman Transition Program at the beginning of August and it had the highest attendance since the program started. Ninety percent of the freshman class took part in the four-day program, which helps students get to know the school, meet freshman from the other town and learn the ins and outs of high school from juniors and seniors who act as student mentors. School officials say the program helps students make a successful transition to high school.
