East Bay Community Action Program Appoints New CFO

(East Providence, RI, May 9, 2023) - East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Justine Cordeiro, of Lakeville, MA, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Cordeiro has an extensive background in both finance and healthcare. She will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the organization as well as the coordination of EBCAP’s administrative, financial planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts.

Cordeiro has more than 20 years of experience and was most recently the CFO at Health Imperatives in Brockton, MA. In this position, she oversaw the preparation of monthly financial and associated reporting, collaborated with key personnel for budget preparation, coordinated audits, and was the top fiscal advisor of the organization. Prior positions include Controller for Prospect CharterCare and Finance Director for Southcoast Physicians Group. Cordeiro received her B.A. in Accounting and her M.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, in Dartmouth, MA.

“Justine will be a key member of our Senior Management team, taking an active role in helping us implement our corporate goals, strategic initiatives, and fiscal objectives,” states Rilwan K.
