East Providence Girl Scouts travel to Puerto Rico!

Posted

After saving their cookie proceeds for a few years, East Providence Girl Scout Troop 117 had an amazing trip to Puerto Rico! The adventures were endless: ziplining, horseback riding, kayaking, snorkeling where they saw 4 turtles, waterbikes in the lagoon, paddleboarding, lots of time spent at the pools and the beach (both connected to the hotel), and an the ocean view balcony. They saw lots of cats, lizards, hermit crabs, starfish, and the resident iguanas in the pool/beach area! The troop even became well versed in ordering Ubers to navigate their adventures! The food was delicious, all the snacks were used, and they went through multiple bottles of sunscreen! The laughs were plentiful, and the memories endless! The girls are already talking about their next Troop travel destination!
