The Rehoboth Animal Shelter is a lively place right now. There are three dogs, four adult cats, and an ever-changing number of kittens. This month's feature is Bella, an adorable black-and-white cat. Bella is a very young adult cat and she loves petting. By the time the Reporter comes out, she will have been spayed and vaccinated.
