Taunton Civic Chorus Presents Its 2023 Holiday Concert

Taunton Civic Chorus will present its holiday concert Gold and Green on Sunday, December 3rd at 4:00 p.m. TCC has been performing in Greater Taunton since its inception in 1959.

The program will feature traditional songs such as “O Holy Night” and “Carol of the Bells”, as well as contemporary Christmas tunes like “Theme from Elf” and “Sleigh Ride”. The concert will also include “Light the Legend”, a festive Hanukkah piece.

The 35+-member ensemble will be led by Music Director Chris Hoskins, and will be accompanied by Jameson Ward, and an orchestra with various musical instruments.

A feature of the concert will be the South Coast Ringers. This group of musicians was formed more than 15 years ago. Led by Diane Ennis, the group performs concerts at senior centers, nursing homes and other community locations during the winter holidays and in the spring.

This year’s concert will be held at the Berkley Congregational Church, 13 So. Main St., Berkley. Tickets are $15 for adults, and $12 for seniors and children 12 ad under.
