Donations accepted for Veteran Food Pantry
A donation bin will be located in the lobby of the Seekonk American Legion Post from Oct 12th to Nov 15th for non-perishable food and toiletries. All donations will be given to Operation Stand Down RI for their Veteran’s Food Pantry.

Fall Meat Raffles Starting Oct 10th through Nov 14th
Annual Fall Meat Raffles will be held on Saturdays at 2 pm. There are 3 tables of steaks, chicken, pork, seafood, TV and other prizes. 50/50 raffles.

Fall Psychic Fair – October 25th
We will be holding our Fall Psychic Fair on Sunday, 10/25/26. Admission is free. 15-minute readings are $20.00 each. There will also be several Vendors and Crafters (spaces are available). The hours are from 10 am to 3 pm. Doors open at 9:45 am. Proceeds to benefit American Legion Auxiliary programs for our Veterans, community and children. Participating Crafters/Vendors are: Emma Healey from Crystal Healing Arts selling crystals and handmade items, Runners by Lois G. selling homemade table runners, Sarah Diniz from Sweet Sensations selling handmade soy candles and bath products, and others.

Drive By Poppy Distribution on 11/7 & 11/8
The red paper Poppy is the official memorial flower of the American Legion. The Auxiliary distributes Poppies so people can remember the sacrifice of our Military. Money received from distributing the Poppy can only be used for Veteran Rehabilitation. Poppies will be available in front of the Post located at 351 Fall River Ave, Seekonk, MA between 9 am and noon. All donations are appreciated.

Annual Turkey Raffle on Friday, 11/20
Our Annual Turkey Raffle will be held on Friday, November 20th. Raffle starts at 7:00 pm for 30 turkeys with baskets that include vegetables and all the fixings. Turkey Baskets raffled every 10 minutes. Admission is free. Please call the Post at 508-336-9822 for information or directions. In addition, Raffle Books with several prizes will be available at the Post prior to the event. Ticket books are $5.00 for 6 tickets. You do not need to be present to win.
