The Rehoboth Police Department has a new Officer: Clayton Dyer.
Officer Dyer graduated earlier this week from the Massachusetts Police Training Committee (MPTC) Marlborough Police Academy. During his time at the academy, he completed 800 hours of intense training designed to prepare student officers for the safe and effective performance of their duties.
Officer Dyer will now spend the next 10 to 12 weeks in the Department’s Field Training Program.
In attendance to support Officer Dyer on behalf of the Town of Rehoboth and the Police Department were Board of Selectmen member Lenny Mills, Police Chief Louis DiBacco, and Field Training Officers Nicholas Miranda and Tyler Hazel.
